Do-it-Yourself Strategic Planning

Strategic planning is the backbone of a successful business. Knowing where you want to go and having a plan to get there is fundamental to success. The strategic plan should be the starting point for marketing communications, including websites and social media strategies. Getting your best people together for a strategic planning meeting should be achievable for every organization: it shouldn’t be daunting or expensive.

Susan Low will draw on her experience as a facilitator and strategic planning consultant to help participants prepare to embark on a strategic planning journey. You’ll learn her Seven Secrets for Successful Strategic Planning, which you can put into practice for your own business or organization.

Participants will also receive a downloadable copy of Susan’s e-book, DIY Strategic Planning: A Guide for Small Business and Non-profit Organizations.

There will also be a business card draw for some door prizes.

This event is open to all small business owners who may be interested in attending.
